Hi All
A working party of 7 club members and John the farmer with his large mechanical shovel this afternoon, after the rain stopped have laided 8 or 9 of the digger shovel full of road chippings in the ruts and on the track ways. This has made a big difference but the track is still very WET,MUDDY,and SLIPPERY even the digger slipped off once.
In view of this we are asking everyone not to attempt to to go up to the flying site until it has chance to dry out somewhat. When we do start using it again can we please keep to the speed limit of 5mph to give the surface a chance to bed in.
Hers hoping we get some dry weather soon.
